How We Got Started

St. Louis Dance Floors started with one goal, build the dance floor rental we wished existed when we were planning our own wedding. After coming up short on a high quality, fairly priced option, we realized there was room for a company that actually cared about both the product and the experience around it. What started as a fix for our own event grew into a business focused on helping other couples create nights worth remembering.

Who We Serve Today

Today we work with couples and event planners across St. Louis and the surrounding suburbs, delivering dance floors that look sharp, photograph well, and hold up under a full night of dancing. We remember what it felt like planning our own event, so we lean hard into communication, on time delivery, clean setup, and attention to the small stuff. That has meant working inside historic ballrooms downtown, backyard tents out in the county, and everything in between, and adjusting our process each time to whatever the venue actually needs.

What Sets Us Apart

Most event rental companies treat a dance floor as one item on a long list next to tables, chairs, and linens. We only do dance floors, which means a deeper inventory of styles and sizes, more reps setting up tricky venue layouts, and a team that knows how to get a floor down cleanly no matter the space. When something about a venue is unusual, uneven flooring, tight load in access, an odd shaped room, we have almost certainly seen a version of it before and already know how to work around it.

Our Approach to Every Event

Wedding, corporate event, or milestone birthday, our process does not change much. We talk through your venue and vision, help you settle on the right size and style, then take care of delivery, setup, and pickup so the only thing left on your list is enjoying the night.

We are based in the St. Louis area and deliver regularly to Clayton, Chesterfield, St. Charles, and communities across the metro. If your event sits further out, reach out anyway, we are glad to talk through delivery to your specific venue.
